Kilo 1 Six Arms offers it's customers a 15-day return or exchange on most products with the exceptions of (but not limited to) firearms which includes any serialized component, tasers, ammunitions, primers, pressurized canisters including defense sprays, labor costs/charges, background check costs/charges, customized products, modified products, special ordered products, hats, clothing, products sold "as is" or "used", unused range times, unused membership times, scheduled range times, memberships, monthly memberships, annual memberships.

1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. Firearms, once ordered/purchased and/or transferred to the purchaser.
4. Illumination devices, electronic sights/optics, thermal units and night vision equipment.
Either an In-Store/e-Store Credit to your customer account, credit card or company check will be issued/mailed at Kilo 1 Six Arms discretion for approved refunds/returns.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be authorized/approved and then issued to you
from Kilo 1 Six Arms regarding your return/exchange.
All returns must include the original receipt and invoice, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact emails, and RMA number. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. Returns/exchanges and refunds may take up to two weeks to be authorized, approved and issued and does not include weekends, holidays, shipping delays, transit times or Kilo 1 Six Arms company down times.
RETURNING UNOPENED/UNUSED ITEMS
Items that are unused and in the original sealed packaging can be returned; however are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The return must include accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were received/shipped with the product.
Returning or exchanging products that are unopened/unused and/or uninstalled will be issued an e-store credit for said products.
The e-store credit will be issued via email and can be applied toward future purchases. Issued e-Store credits are not assessed a 15% restocking fee.
RETURNING OPENED/USED/DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If the product and packaging has been opened, damaged or used, it still can be returned; However may be rejected if damaged or used and subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be at the sole discretion of Kilo 1 Six Arms. The return must include accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were issued/shipped with the product. It is highly recommended that you ship purchases/merchandise with a well-known shipping industry carrier such as USPS, FedEx or UPS that offers full value insurance and tracking; furthermore Kilo 1 Six Arms cannot and will not be held responsible for any shipments/packages that are damaged/lost while being shipped to Kilo 1 Six Arms. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) will only initiate a trace on priority mail packages after a 30 day waiting period.
FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS:
Please note that Kilo 1 Six Arms is not responsible for the warranty of manufacturers products and all warranty issues should be handled by you (the consumer) and the product manufacturer; however, in case-by-case instances Kilo 1 Six Arms may assist its customers in the replacement/warranty of products which is at the sole discretion of Kilo 1 Six Arms.

General Firearm Sales
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

Order Fulfillment
We typically process standard orders in 24-48 hours however these times can be exceeded. Standard shipping service typically takes 1-3, 3-5, 7-10 business days to receive your package. *Please note that transit times do not include order processing time and actual delivery times may be a business day or more longer. Transit times will vary depending on location.
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail including the tracking information when your order ships. We will also include an order tracking number on your order information page in your Account. To track the package, click directly on the tracking number. This will take you to the carrier’s website to track the order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier’s website. Sometimes we experience delays and sometimes the carriers experience delays, particularly during the busy holiday season. Also, it may take a business day or two to process your order, particularly if you placed your order on a weekend or during a holiday when our offices and/or the carrier’s offices are closed. If you’re still concerned, then please check with your local carrier’s office. Sometimes the carrier will not deliver an order if he or she feels it cannot be left safely at its destination or if a signature could not be obtained for orders that require signature confirmation. The carrier will leave a notice on your door so that you know the order is waiting for you at your local carrier’s office, but it may have fallen off by the time you get home. Online Price & Description Errors
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. Ammunition Purchases
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
